  It's totally liquid not the original product, it has been altered, added water or something, want a FULL REFUND!!!!!!

  Of course we will issue a complete refund. We didn't notice anything wrong with the product at the time of purchase or the time of shipping. The cream was a little jiggly but I thought it was because of this crazy heat. I am truly sorry and will issue a full refund shortly.
