  Five days to post a single parcel is really unacceptable, especially with zero communication. If there’s a delay then let people know, otherwise hold up your side of the bargain and post on time. Ordered 11/07 and finally handed to Royal Mail on 16/07, which is the day I was actually due to receive it. Maybe it’ll turn up next week sometime. This is the reason I rarely order on eBay anymore

  I have not received this item , to start with i had a message from royal mail to say the item was returned so I messaged the shop to say why item was returned as we r at home all the time got no reply but 3 days later got another message from royal mail saying item has been delivered but I have not received the parcel so was in touch with the seller exchanged message for few days and got nowhere so im being forced to write this negative but true account of what has happened.

  Despite telling eBay 3 times now that this order has been received and that I am happy with it they still have it "out for delivery" This seems to be the only way I can communicate with the seller as the page to do this seems to be greyed out.
