Thank you so much for your interest in my pans, I do believe that they are the best restored pans in the world. I was once the sous chef, seems like a lifetime ago, at a very fine French restaurant called Restaurant du Village, in Chester Connecticut. There, I cooked for Julia Child, Jacques Pepin, JFK Jr. and many others. I know what a good cast iron skillet is. My restored vintage pans are the best in the world, bar none. BTW, Chef Ramsay, you damn well can fry a perfect egg in a cast iron skillet... maybe not your skillets,... but mine for sure you can :)))

    I have collected cast iron for quite some time and bought many pans. This was the first time purchasing from IRONSPOON and this is undoubtedly one of the best cared for pans I have ever come across.     Pan was packaged so carefully and was fully protected from damage. Shipping was very quick and the pan was much better than described. I felt the value was excellent especially considering all the work put into refurbishing it and making it look so amazing. I can’t wait to use it. Seller is amazing and I love this pan already

    The cast-iron pan was beautifully restored and was described very accurately. The packaging for shipping was amazing. If you are looking to cook with these pans, this seller’s detailed description, including wobble/spin measurements, makes it easy to decide. I needed a truly flat bottom pan for my glass top stove, and that was the one I chose. I would buy from this seller again.
