Thank you so much for your interest in my pans, I do believe that they are the best restored pans in the world. I was once the sous chef, seems like a lifetime ago, at a very fine French restaurant called Restaurant du Village, in Chester Connecticut. There, I cooked for Julia Child, Jacques Pepin, JFK Jr. and many others. I know what a good cast iron skillet is. My restored vintage pans are the best in the world, bar none. BTW, Chef Ramsay, you damn well can fry a perfect egg in a cast iron skillet... maybe not your skillets,... but mine for sure you can :)))
