  The chrome pieces arrived with a blemish in a very prominent location. It is quality issue, not shipping damage. The seller has only offered me a $8 to ship the pieces all the way back to China, won't give me a return label, and claims they can do nothing until I make a PayPal account (which is not how I paid). I have had a return case open for over a week now and am to the point that I am about to have to involve my credit card company. Communication is slow and unclear.

  Great product but it did not fit my 2014 Honda Accord as described
