  Initially switch without adaptor sent. Seller was IMMEDIATELY responsive and sent switch with adaptor as soon as he was contacted. EXCELLENT SERVICE which is extremely rare anymore. Good quality. Fair pricing. Repaired old shopvac and works perfectly. As described. Perfect fit. Would DEFINITELY purchase from seller again if needed.

  When you receive an item as advertised, all is well. If there is a problem with the item, now you can really assess a seller's integrity by the way they handle the issue. I received an incorrect switch and notified the seller of the discrepancy. In less than 24 hours the seller responded that he had shipped a replacement and apologized for the error. That's Integrity! I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again.
