  Item arrived exactly as expected. Could have had more packing material (the box got beat up by the shipping vendor), but I'm satisfied with the purchase and what I received. Seller is responsive and helpful. Would purchase from them again.

  Seller offered a fantastic opportunity to own a beautiful cast iron pot, which I have wanted for a while. I searched and came upon his store and this offer, which is most generous. I came with several items inside which I am going to read next so I can use my pot. It came in custom packaging so there was no chance of damage. The price was exceptional. I am very happy with this purchase and I admire seller for striving for all 5-star feedback. Will shop store again!

  Seller advertised a touchscreen security device. On delivery, I got a regular unit. Contacted the vendor and sent pictures, but the vendor tried to convince me it is a touch screen. The vendor eventually agree it was the incorrect item after I ask for the pictures of the actual product to be reviewed again. I was then told to return for credit....Now I have no security at home, the vendor is not sending the correct item and I have to wait for the return to process before I can get my money back.
