  Item looks new, except the items I received are tin coated copper, which is not shown in the picture and not mentioned in his auction description. I wanted "copper' BUS BARS only, not tin covered copper. Seller did not communicate this change to me before the item was sent out, and there is nothing on his auction that says tin coated copper, which is miss leading!
