  Case did not fit Mokia 5.3. It was too small. I ticked the wrong box on the return form . I ticked " Did not fit" instead of "Not as described". This meant i had to pay return Postage! That was more than the item was worth. Negotiated 50% refund and keep the case in the end. Case of no use and will go in the bin as does not fit the phone. So much for ebay buyer protection. seller aknowledged there was a n issue but still would not refund in full
