  The feedback is about the item, not the seller. No problem with the seller at all. Ordered lambskin replacement pads for WH-1000XM3. They are not at all like in the photos! The stitching is on the upper surface (which makes skin contact) of the pads, not on the inner "wall", and the width for ear clearance is too narrow; also, the leather is not very soft (yet might soften up with time and care). All this makes the pads not as comfortable as the original ones. But quality seems good, might last.
