  When package arrived from NY state USPS requested an additional $48 check, but I already paid the seller $28 in full to ship a small package. This was unexpected so I refused the package. The seller was dismissive, didn't apologize or offer a refund. Ebay had to intervene for a full refund. Steer clear of this seller.
