  Mix up on ordering and or the item description. iPhone case was not for my present iPhone. Vendor was given word of this upon delivery of case. Refund action was swift. Delivered to local USPS. Refund was pretty fast thence after. Service was excellent. Phone case sent was brand new. Quality looked good, too. Great value for the cost of the case. Too bad I had to send it back. As it did not match any of the iPhones I have presently. I would buy again from this vendor. Thank you.

  I accidentally ordered the wrong size case. Once it was delivered, I realized my mistake. I contacted the vendor and they sent me the correct sized case at no extra charge. Amazing customer service! I made a mistake and they corrected it at their expense. I can't rate this vendor highly enough! 5 Stars! A+++++++++++++

  I bought 2 new cases, the only difference was the color. One of them people couldn’t hear you. Contacted seller to try to resolve the issue and they wouldn’t respond so I started a return and they cancelled it. I do not recommend this seller, they do not back their products and it’s supposed to have a 2 year warranty.
