  Responsive to every question I asked, shipping was amazingly fast - shipped out same day and arrived three days early! Also, the switch came with ALL of the accompanying hardware (rack ears, power cable, console cable), things not even mentioned in the add. As far as the switch itself goes, installed it and got it running without issue - properly blanked and ready to go. I can't say enough about itpartsdepot - very much appreciate their service!
