It took 3 years to move back to Michigan, where the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor has cutting edge treatments and research for IGG4-ROD, an autoimmune disorder which has settled in the orbit of my eye, optic nerve and attached a tumorous growth to my brain.
I am trying to establish all the specialists needed to qualify for their programs, but it costs money and requires transportation.
I was finally able to make the move in Feb, 2024 but need money for transportation, co-payments and other things UnitedHealth Care is not covering.
