  DON’T BUY!! I purchased a range, a hood, and a dishwasher. Only the hood worked. Everything else was DOA. The dishwasher has an E4 error and 1 hour of use of the stove caused two loud explosions and an electrical fire in our kitchen. Also when I attempted to file a claim for the stove, Allstate couldn’t open a claim because there’s no serial numbers displayed. This stuff is garbage. These items don’t have a warranty even though they’re shipped from Cosmo in Chino under an alias.

  DON’T BUY!! I bought an oven, a dishwasher and a hood. Only the hood works. After 1 hour in use, the oven had an electrical fire. The dishwasher has a E4 error from the start. They don’t warranty anything. And all my complaints are answered with “We’re sorry about that, but we can’t help you”. This company is a fraudster. BEWARE!!! No returns and no warranty but false promises that they’re tested and in unused condition.

  Item was as sold I have no issue with it, I paid for shipping and a high price for shipping, seller marked it shipped 24 hours after I paid, then sat on it for a week before shipping it, there often was literally less than 50 miles away, I contacted them several times all they would say is it’s UPS not us, but it was a story…I contacted ups they did not have package in the system just a tracking number created by seller.. it took 8-10 days to get it terrible customer service!
