  The package arrived damaged, with the light being damaged. I messaged seller, they offered me a cash settlement. I was happy with that. But I told them I’d be happier if I could just get the broken parts replaced and I’d install them. That’s exactly what they did. Sent me the parts and I installed them. I’m very happy!!!!

  My only concern was that the item did not ship in a cardboard box to conceal the package. Fed Ex did a terrible job delivering, they left it out in the open, we received rain today & case got wet. The case construction was solid, no water entered the inside. I tested the units and worked as described . I received great communication & concern from the seller and they committed to replacing the units if they were damaged. All is good, great value, thank you for the open communication 🙏🏽

  Although the product was not compatible to my dmx software. I had to pay for return shipment. Which was quite expensive, however I did receive my refund in a timely manner from the seller. The seller did provide clear and reliable communication throughout the return process.
