  I purchased a doll from this company and was notified that it was being packaged to be shipped. I then received message from the company telling me that the item that they were going to send was damaged and offered me a replacement item or a refund. I have to say I am so impressed with the customer service in this company. Most people would just send it out and say it got damaged shipping . I look forward to doing business with them again.

  My granddaughter is so in love with her new baby! Great quality and value. She is gorgeous! Quick delivery and correspondence with seller was more than satisfactory. Baby doll was exactly as described and pictured. Will buy from the seller again.

  Great communication, delivery and packaging service as described and quick. Although the doll had some production flaws, Ivita were quick to work with me and support me with this issue. I would recommend Ivita to others. The only thing to be mindful of is that the the dolls are mass produced can have minor imperfections. Other than that, it was good experience over all!
