  The seller shipped the item fairly quick, unfortunately the box arrived damaged and part missing. I contacted the seller and they responded fairly quick and shipped out a new item that arrived in perfect condition. Excellent customer service!

  Product was exactly as described and great value — very cheap price and only $15 for international shipping. However, the shipping process was terrible: 3–4× longer than expected, poor tracking, no calls or SMS, and I had to collect it myself. If buying, ask the seller to arrange express shipping for a better experience.
