  It is a sturdy plastic stencil to make designs for scrapbooking, or for imagination playing with children. It is very hands on, you get to make your own doll and details, not with a machine. It was in very good condition and properly packaged. Price wise, I've found that they are all going for a bit pricey, and then the shipping costs. but that might just be because they are not made anymore. Easy to use.
