    The packaging was outstanding. Each item was packaged in a small box with bubble wrap. It would never have gotten damaged. The gold glass is beautiful. No scratches or chips. Shipped in one week. Value of the items better than expected.

    This has been SOOO hard to find... and yet this seller had exactly what I was looking for! I was worried that perhaps it was going to be the wrong thing that showed up, but nope, it was just as described, in brand new condition, and it totally made my day - made my whole week! - when it showed up. I put it to use right away to replace my first one that had gotten bent. Great seller, thank you!

    This seller did the best packing job I've seen so far. The piece is exquisite, much nicer than the description. It was shipped promply. I give this seller high marks and would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

    I drove round trip 4 hours to pick up this piece. When I arrived I found one of the antique hooks on the hat stand was completely broken off. The pictures of the piece showed all the hooks intact but they never communicated the hooks were broken. The Seller said I could get some JB weld and fix it. Be aware this Seller is dishonest if you attempt to buy something from them.

    Sorry you were unhappy. We communicated the hook damage prior to sale and suggested JB Weld as a fix. We also helped load the item into your vehicle. I always strive for transparency and am happy to discuss further if needed.
