  Item arrived damaged due to poor packing by seller who took no steps to protect it while in transit or it was already broken when placed in the shipping envelope. The listing did not report the item as damaged and photos show the item in it's original box. I have messaged the seller asking for a refund and have received no reply. Therefore I am now leaving the first negative feedback I have submitted.

  The ceiling fan down rod was not a match for the size I needed. The description mentioned '3/4 Threaded Fit' but the actual size was closer to 1 inch diameter. The seller was great to deal with and gave me a full refund.
