  SO pissed I was sent the wrong item and I just moved I dont have time to return this and order the right one from another place. How aggravating... They sent me an email saying sorry they didnt upgrade the description. Its a total different shower head. They should of not sent it at all.

  We refunded this buyer the minute she messaged us and told us she was unhappy with the ungraded newer version of the same product she ordered. She did not have to spend any time returning it. We told her to keep it. But, we did waste some of her time getting it. We apologized and are sorry.she was not happy with the upgraded product.
