  Wouldn’t connect to the app bc it said previous admin password was needed and when i unscrewed it to take it inside to try the reset button like suggested in the instructions, the end came off and the wires came loose. I have 10 of these cameras and have never had a problem with any of them.

  I would have been more than happy to have offered you a refund for this defective item but you didn't even contact me to give me the opportunity to rectify the situation.
