  Thank you so much for your help, seller Jack. This seller is very helpful. When I installed the new fan from his store, it made a big noise. So, I gave the seller feedback about my problem. The seller called and emailed me the second day, troubleshooting step by step, sent me the video and picture, until he solved my problem. Finally, I realized that the wire made a big difference. The item (wolf s fan) works great. I will do business with him again in the future. John

  There was a problem with UPS. Their computer system got confused and the item, for now, seems to be lost. The seller was very responsive in correcting the situation and shipping a second item. It arrived very fast via FedEx.
