So this originally started out as a very negative review and while I can t speak to any of the other reviews of this seller, I can say the seller reached out and did everything in their power to make the situation right. I have been offered both free shipping, a special discount and priority on the next shipment of the guitar that I had originally bought. I can understand the honest mistake the seller made and I respect what they did to fix it. I shall add further feedback upon the next order.

BUYER BEWARE.
First, notice the sheer volume of items "available" in the shop.
Then, how many items have been "sold" in the last 12 months. Fishy already.
Just like everyone else, I purchased a guitar almost immediately after I was alerted that it was available. Yet, somehow, just like everyone else, I was sent a message saying the guitar had been sold, "all the staff" had tried to find another to no avail. Oh, but if there was something else I wanted, let them know. What a joke.
