  Item came intact and well packaged. The cartridge inside shows signs of wear and tear, so it is hard to confirm if truly new as described. This may not have been the seller's fault though, as it is supposed to be unopened, and thus the quality would have been hard to check. Otherwise, great communication and the delivery was smooth.
