  I had an excellent experience purchasing from this vendor. The bag was exactly how it was described and pictured. I was very pleased with both the condition and appearance of the bag and given the price I believe it was excellent value for my money. I would strongly recommend this vendor!

  I received my order after a 3-week wait, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Upon inspection, I found poor stitching with loose threads, and the leather is damaged, the name tag logo and leather on the tag appeared cheap and of low quality, lack which does not match the expected quality. Additionally, I attempted to contact the seller, but after over two days of waiting, I have received no feedback or response whatsoever. This lack of communication is frustrating and unacceptable.
