The listing specifically said "Accesories: everything in the picture," and the top face plate was indeed in the picture. This isn't a dealbreaker, but I expect a partial refund. Also, when I first bought it, the seller never responded to any of my messages. This was an overall positive experience, but the seller's lack of communication wasn't satisfying.
