  The water bottle came wrapped perfectly in bubble wrap! It's still in the original packaging and it is definitely brand new! There are no damages to the product itself. They shipped it really quickly and was communicating the entire time via private messages. Great price for the type of water bottle it is. The seller is amazing! Would recommend buying from them!

  this seller is really really kind! great communication keeping my in the loop with my order. extremely pleasant experience!! it felt expensive initially but i divided the cost by 3 (for each figure) and it seemed reasonable. 👍 arrived quickly, packaged well, very secure and safe. exactly as described, brand new, shiny, in the wrapper and everything. i love my little creatures! thank you! thank you for the free stickers and the note too!   Received a lot earlier than the estimated arrival date which was unexpected as it had a long way to travel from Japan to the UK but, I was kept well informed throughout my parcels journey.
