  My package arrived safely and well wrapped. It took just a bit more time for the delivery but it was not a big deal. The seller was also quick and nice to reply to my queries.   What could have been a nightmare turned into a dream! The matcha I ordered is so difficult to find. And when the package arrived to me, it was not the matcha I was waiting for - instead a bunch of metal pieces. Frustrated, I contact the seller -- let me tell you -- seller's very calm, helpful and problem-solved the whole situation so that I can get my matcha!
