  I purchased this item at a good price, shipping was going to take longer than expected, I kindly asked the seller to cancel the order and issue a refund, and he was able to do so in about a week. The seller did respond to my messages and understood my request; however, communication was a little difficult due to language differences.

  DSi arrived in like new condition exactly as pictured, I was surprised to find a unit in such pristine condition at the pricepoint ($59 pretax). Handling did take a while (as stated on their page - up to 5 business days), no problem for me but just a heads up in case you need an item immediately. Packaging was also done very meticulously.
