Overall good experience besides the way she was packaged, with an antique doll my roommate & I saw the not so sturdy box, she had a bit of bubble wrap & plastic bags as a cushion. We were worried if she sustained any further damage but she arrived in her described condition. The expected delivery was just as expected. :) thank you for selling a beautiful doll to add to my collection
