  I have no complaint about someone who cannot ship out because they are in the hospital. It was just that there was no communication until I mentioned opening a case to get my money back. If someone is in that situation, there are options such as placing yourself on vacation mode or unavailable. The whole situation and purchase was completely frustrating, and I have health challenges myself; did not need the added stress.

  Shipping took over a month with no communication from seller. Item shows delivered in/at mailbox but nothing is there. Cannot give details on whether or not the item is as described as I do not have any product to provide information on. I waited over a month just to not receive a 📦. Good value but seller should work on communication
