  Excellent packging and shipping. Item was exactly as described. The label on the bottom was partly torn off, but the vendor had a picture of that, so I knew exactly what I was getting. So thank you for the accurate descrition. It was a good price and value.

  When it arrived, one of the sides, the character print is scuffed up and the B toaster handle. One of the wings is missing and it smells kind of funny.

  1st of all, it all was pictured. It didn't get "scuffed" on the way there. Maybe you should look at pictures of what you are buying - especially if it's 50 years old. And it "smelling funny?" Again - it's 50 years old, and I think you're just making that up bc you didn't actually look at the pictures provided. Never asked or mentioned anything about a refund -went straight to ebay to leave a bad review because you wanted a flawless 50 year old toaster for half the price of what one actually is.
