  The computer was as described, but the power supply included did not work. No really worth complaining much about. I sent an email saying the power supply didn’t work. I had one so no big deal but I paid for working unit and shipping. I didn’t hear back and considered negative feedback but because the computer was in great shape I opted for neutral.

  I am SO sorry. I check my messages daily and somehow this message showed read and not new so it slipped through the cracks. This was a fairly new power supply so that is disappointing that it did not work for you. Tested fine before shipping. Again, my apologizes and wish I had seen your message to make it up for you before the feedback. Customer service is very important to me, but I am human. Thank you for your purchase!
