I started January 2023 with my Personal Collection, 50 years, 300,000 cards in a storage unit. Went through every card. I was living with my 92 year-old mother, providing 24/7 care due to her dementia. By 2024 my collection was entirely removed from the storage.
Mom passed away peacefully April 2024, 2 weeks shy of her 93rd birthday. A life well-led.
Took some inheritance money, built up an inventory. Also started consigning other people's collections. So the variety is endless, and each consigned collection is a blast to go through.
I made $6,100 in 2024, the vast majority .99-$20 sales. I set a target of $12,000 for 2025. Figured doubling 2024 would be good. As of June 30, YTD gross sales are $14,600, over 2,200 cards sold with no ceiling in sight. Take a look at my 100% Positive Feedback, particularly the comments. I love what I'm doing.
