So the hat arrived a little deformed. The front panel comes to a point. Not even close to being wearable. It was shipped in a plastic bag, so it’s possible it was damaged during shipping. But it looks much more like a defective product design or reject. That’s the bad news. The good news is that the customer service could not have been better and a refund was immediately sent. Seller also agreed that it’s probably the design of the hat. It’s a shame because I really liked the look of the hat.
