  Sent vanilla protein, not chocolate as advertised. They offered to pay shipping return for refund. I declined, I am ordering on line for convenience. Print label, packaging, take to shipper…is not convenient

  This buyer messaged us claiming we did this intentionally when it was an honest mistake. We offered them a full return and refund and they only wanted a refund. I'd highly recommend other sellers block this person as they throw around baseless accusations and are 100% unreasonable. We are only human and made a mistake which we attempted to fix and offered resolutions that adhere with eBay policy and they didn't want to be reasonable enough to accept that.
