  This blender is brand NEW! It is beautiful! I got a great deal and it is every bit as nice as the one that originally came with my Bosch! The quality is of course excellent!

  Backpack would have been in great shape but it has a plastic support structure to support the pack when hiking and they Folded it in half in a box too small for the backpack. I am unable to bend it back into shape. The backpack is partially ruined due to how they shipped it. I honestly won’t ever use it this way.

  The machine was packed well and is in good shape. The issue was the shipping and communication. Was messaged that the purchase was shipped on a Monday. After spotty attempts at communicating,and explanations that didn’t make sense, the purchase finally showed up 18 days later. The shipping was labeled priority, supposed to arrive in 3 days. I understand sometimes there are delays. The lack of timely communication and less than honest explanations made this an unpleasant interaction.

  Good...with some poopiness. I read the seller's reviews but went ahead and all in, things worked out fine. Order placed 07/04; didn't ship until 07/09 and took to EOB 07/14 to deliver. Nevertheless, the item was reasonably priced (seller accepted my ~30% less offer), safely packaged and exactly as pictured and advertised. I can be prickish as I'm a retired seller and the lazy shipping would typically net a "Neutral" rating but I knew what I was getting in to so no need. Proceed with caution
