  Originally, the incorrect card was shipped. However, after talking with the seller, they ensured a positive experience by making sure I receive the correct card I ordered. They refunded my original purchase and sent me an additional item to make up for the mistake. I was extremely grateful despite the accommodations being unnecessary. I now treasure both the originally ordered card as well as the extended gift. This seller ensured a positive customer experience and I would shop with them again.
