  Per our conversation, that you initiated over a month after you received the product and used it; I always take photos of all items that I ship out and informed you that I have photos showing this product was new and sealed when it left my possession. If this actually arrived open or damaged, you should have contacted me at that time so we could file a claim with the shipping carrier. There is not much I can do when you did not contact me until 4 weeks after receiving it.
