  Beautiful pen! Shipping was very slow. Item packed OK. The seller communicated during the long shipping period. The original item was purchased on 5/8; the seller resent on 5/29 after a 3-week wait. The seller was awesome. A++++

  My ghost came poorly packaged and damaged!! I reached out to the seller on August 21st and everyday we go back and forth with the seller offering me less than I paid. I will return it for a full refund. Seller wants me to pay to ship it back and will not give me the full amount I paid if I do! Today is August 30th!!! This is my 10th day of communication with this seller! Their feedback response is always to contact them 1st &they will help solve your problem! NOT TRUE! Will NOT make things right

  Got it earlier than I thought and was worth the price, but it didn’t come in sealed but was already opened from the top and bottom. Though I don’t care as long as it hasn’t been altered and was originally sealed when shipped, should put it in a box next stop for people who want to gift it or keep it sealed. Otherwise it seems like it fine.

  Product is not as advertised. Ordered 3 boxes and none of them came in their “factory sealed” condition. Boxes were ripped up and smushed. The packs weren’t opened but upon opening them, you can tell a majority of them had a curve to them after being shipped. Poor quality, most likely damaging value of cards based on altered appearance.
