  Amazing! Packaging was super! It was perfectly as described. No cracks or chips or damage! Shipping was fast considering it was shipped from the states to Canada. Came before it was supposed to so that’s great! The value was perfect. Due to it being a discounted mug I was happy with what I paid. The one I bought in 2019 broke and so I was happy to find a replacement. Would buy from this seller again.

  Tape was moldy when I contacted the seller they told me to clean it myself or force a return. Their response was dismissive and when I expressed i didn't have time to return it they told me we'll thats the only way to receive a refund even thought they sold me a item that wasn't as described. Unprofessional, dismissive, and no respect for their customers time. I'd avoid them.
