  Missing screws on the bottom of the laptop and the rubber around the screen was crumbling in my hands and smeering on the screen . The computer did function , but what a mess.

  I loved my purchase. It was as described even though it was kinda unorganized inside. But I think that's normal for the game. Would reccomend this seller

  When I try to play the game, it freezes. I take it out, reload it, and it does the same thing. It’s not my system, because the other games I have work fine

The game was tested prior to shipment but perhaps it wasn't found during or manifested during travel. If you don't see our messages, try cleaning the gold pins on the game with isopropyl alcohol and retest.
