Vitamin C serums are very sensitive to light and temperature so if it was not stored properly, the product becomes oxidized and ineffective. Although it was an unopened bottle, it is oxidized, indicated by the orange/brown in color. If you don’t know how to properly store the product, you should not be selling it. She acknowledged the risk and bought it anyway. Ebay has all our prior communications. Product was brand new and unopened. We’ve sold this same item on eBay and another site before with no prior complaints. SELLERS, exercise caution when dealing with this buyer!! Buyer disregarded full disclosure and then demanded a refund.
