Long time period of once the order was placed until now. I was very worried to be honest. This seller did communicate very well, constant messages about the shipping updates. High quality pieces and in new condition. Very impressive to look at with such fine detail. Excellent pricing too.

  My purchase date was June 23rd. My delivery date said August 4. Yet, I received the package today, June 28th. Highly, highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this seller. Packaging was wrapped beautifully and box arrived undamaged. Just as described. Considering how much I paid, I honestly still wasn't expecting it to arrive so immaculate. Thank you so much, Jia.   Seller was super nice! I got my figure for a great price as they were willing to lower it for me! They shipped her out asap and she arrived in amazing condition and was packaged very safely!!   Came in just as described and with no damage to the actual box. It also arrived in the time frame that they specified and I had some issue with the shipping as I never got the shipping info initially, but they messaged me quite fast and sent me the tracking info.
