  Super seller. Item arrived quickly. UPS damaged the package in transit. One roll was missing. Seller was notified and immediately arranged for a replacement roll to be sent to me. Seller responds quickly to any questions or problems. Will buy more from this seller if I need more tar strips.

  Unit came in broken. Shipping was longer than I was told. I have been trying to email them for my money back or a replacement as we can't get it to work properly due to damage in transit. They have asked me to do numerous things that have taken quite a bit of my time. When I order something brand new, I expect it to work properly when received. They sent me a video in another language and no directions in the packaging, part completely ruined when arrived. The company is now no longer responding

  Really sorry you received a damaged item. It is possible that someone damaged the package during shipping, as I had even used the best wooden crate for protection. I have been actively trying to solve all the problems for you, and I hope you can understand.
