They're all black, but each is clearly marked with its resistance. Two D-ring straps, two straps with hand grips and a door strap with retainer are included, all in a nylon drawstring bag that makes it easy to toss the whole kit into your travel bag when you hit the road. Why pay double for colored bands? Two thumbs up!
