Upon parameter testing the transistor turned out to be fake, it is a cheap LF transistor, not an RF part. This is now the umpteenth time I have received counterfeit from Chinese sellers, and I am done with it. A neutral because I got reimbursed, but that does not take away the fact that this seller has wasted my time needlessly.
