Über uns

Textile Merchants since 1970s but formally established in 1983 in Manchester. Once one of U.K's largest fabric wholesalers.

Now significantly smaller but still have historical networks in the textile industry.

Its fair to say that the trading environment has always been difficult but more so in recent years. We are still trading unlike the many others we have seen close in the last 50 years.

Our key ability to survive over the years has been to move between different parts of the industry. From curtain fabrics in the 1990s, to Upholstery in the 2000s, to British Suiting and tweeds from the mid 2010s and craft cottons in the early 2020s

As of Late 2025 to be heading down a new path in purchasing Deadstock Ends in a variety of fabrics. We believe this will provide a great variety of one off items ideal for makers, hobby sewists and sustainable fabric purchasers all at affordable pricing. This is perhaps more important than ever in current economic times

    Postage was reduced due to me buying another fabric and was delivered quite quickly!!! Well packaged, better than described and better than the picture, the colours were more vibrant but also, the fox, 🦊 and the deer 🦌 from the other fabric seemed to be more cuter, don’t know why but they were, beautiful fabric for the price I paid, excellent service all round and would definitely recommend!!!
