Bought from this seller twice. The first time, everything was very smooth, and the hinge worked well.
The second time, I didn't receive my package for over a month, and I had to escalate the issue to eBay to get a refund. So after two months, I am back to square one.
Telling the customer that the package is still pending after one month since it was shipped, and not sending a replacement after agreeing to do so, makes me frustrated as a customer.

Post office lost the package. I advised the customer that I would send another free of charge but he was irate. Still open to get this done for you if you want - thank you and sorry for the postal issue as the government runs this and it is sub par at best as a result.
